This is an open program where anyone can register.
Strengthscope™ Accreditation
This 1-Day training course is for all Accredited Partner candidates. During the 1-day course participants will:
- Understand the business case and benefits of transitioning to a strengths-focused approach to managing and developing people
- Background and psychometric properties of Strengthscope™
- How to apply the 4-A Strengths to Success Framework
- How to translate awareness and knowledge of your own and others strengths into success
- How to provide constructive and appreciative feedback and coaching based on the Strengthscope™ report
- How to translate learning into practical, business relevant outcomes
Being a Strengthscope™ Accredited Partner gives you access to the profiler (both Strengthscope™ and Strengthscope360™) as well as numerous support materials, user groups and other learning opportunities. Registration is open for the following 2011 dates and locations:
Courses run 8 a.m.-5 p.m. The price for the 1-Day Accreditation is $895. Specific details on location will be provided upon registration. Other times and locations may be added according to demand. Each class will be limited to 12 participants.
Team Certification Workshop
This 1-day certificate program provides an in-depth overview and understanding of how to interpret and use the Strengthscope™ profile. Participants will also learn how to use the Versatile TeamTM development process to take a team from Awareness, through Action and Agility to Achievement. Following the successful completion of post-workshop activities, participants will be certified to use the Strengthscope TeamTM profile and associated team toolkit. The following dates are available for enrollment:

We are currently developing virtual training options that allow participants to complete Strengthscope™ Accredited Partner training and the Team Certification Workshop. The overall learning objectives remain the same whether live or virtual. We will be using the latest video streaming technology to closely duplicate the live workshop format. The following dates have been established for Strengthscope™ Accredited Partner training and the Team Certification Workshop:
STRONG Business Coaching Certificate Program
(for people already accredited to use Strengthscope™ and Strengthscope™360)This advanced accreditation program is designed for experienced coaches who have already used Strengthscope™ in coaching applications. Participants will learn and practice new coaching tools and techniques drawn from strengths-focused development, positive psychology, and appreciative inquiry. They will be encouraged to develop their own strengths-focused 'model' of coaching based on their strengths, values and skills as well as established research and better practice in the area. Following the successful completion of post-workshop activities and coaching skills practice over 4-5 months, participants will be certified as Advanced Strengths Coaches.
Dates to be announced October 15, 2011 for January 2012 and March 2012 workshops.
